As a fully vertical operation, our knitting mill is truly the life blood of our operation We are capable of producing 3,000,000 yds of fabric per month.

Along with our state of the art knitting plant, our dye factory boasts both high temperature dye vessels along with low temperature dyeing machines. We also insist on a rigorous facric QC with a 4 point packing line system.

We have invested in a state of the art fabric test laboratory equiped with

*Colorfastness to perspiration tester.

*Atomic and domestic washing machines.

*Burst strength tester.*Datacolor SF600X color spectrometer.

*LA-600 tube free automatic color mixing machine.

Our on-site sewing faciility is modeled on exactly the same rigorously high standards on which we built the reputation of Fox Sports Garment Factory in Mexico, and our U.S managers from the Gianno office in California frequently visit the factory to ensure these standards are strictly adhered to.
